Cromwell Tools (London)

Lack of parking outside I parked overlapping their park of the car park a bit for a 2 minute reserved & pre paid parts for pickup next door at Euro car parts. Not obstructing any vehicles or access, instead of speaking to me they run out for a sneaky picture and sent off to a third party company for a 100 fine! Lack of parking I got as close to Euro Car Parts to keep as far out the way as possible, only other place to stop was on main road with double yellow painted lines! Picture was just of the front of the car, doesn't even show the position of the car or surroundings etc!

Do not order from this company, no integrity. They are disorganise and financially irresponsible and desperate for capital if they drag their feet to refund customers for items they were happy to charge but never actually had in stock to sell in the first place. Quick to take your money though! Still waiting for the refund on the order they cancelled.

Very efficient and helpful at getting awkward and unusual tools. Over a 7 year period i've always found that the tools the stock are good value for money.
