Can't refill my bike unless i pay first. Who does that? Only BP Barking, Very rude staff, blaming the manager for their rules, when asked to speak to the manager...he's not there. Put a sign up " Bikers NOT welcomed" so we won't waste our time. I'm gonna avoid that bp
