        Very rude staff. They just couldn't wait to hang up on you. You are hurried. I was told, "I am not a doctor. If you were listening at all, you would have known that I cannot help you!" My heart sank. I expected better from a GP surgery. I would be changing my GP. Terrible phone manners!
