Great experience. I always order here for my cake business. Recently I forgot to pay for express shipping, I called a day before I needed my items and they were able to fast track my order after Id made the payment. I dont know what I would have done if I didnt get my items in time. Thank you so much for all your help.

This company provides 5 star quality in there products and services!!!! I went last week in search for coco butter to temper chocolate and I left gaining incredible amount of information and a variety of options in order to carry out tempering!!! The Staff are incredibly supportive and always have the customers needs at four front!!! This is the best place to go with out a doubt and I would definitely recommending this store to everyone!!!!!!!

I was looking for nice gift boxes and found everything either was too expensive or too shiny looking. I was looking for something Sophisticated and cheap as I had over 20 gifts to hand out for Eid. I found this online and decided to visit the shop. The lady her name was fariyal was so helpful. The shop is amazing. Everything you would need from baking, decorating cakes and wrapping gifts is there. What a gem hidden near the A13 close to barking. I would recommend all cake decorating lovers and anyone looking for nice gift packaging to visit the shop.

Awful company please avoid. They tick dispatched but don't actually pass the package onto royal mail until much later (over reviews verify this). I use royal mail from other companies and it has never taken over a week to recieve a package delivered with the 48hour service. They don't respond to emails and I'm still waiting for a refund (it's been 2 weeks since I placed the order).
