HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was such a PHENOMENAL experience. We made our knife to use to cut our wedding cake, 6 hours FLEW by. The instructors were super helpful, knowledgeable and made every step of the process a fun one! They let you make it, without taking over, which is so amazing. Plus if you do slightly mess things up, theyll show you how to fix it yourself. This made our knife super personal, and our own. It felt more like a blacksmithing lesson, which is super cool! We did ours yesterday and were already thinking about what wed like to do next. They have some nice food in their shop, or you can bring your own and sit at a lovely picnic table. They also sell all the things you could need to maintain and look after your creation. Thank you to every staff member Lucy & George

Said "I really enjoyed that" about 10 times on the way home. Best 5 hours of time for ages. Made a big BBQ fork, a poker and a bottle opener. John, Ben and the other guys were brilliant. Clearly love their jobs and kept everyone smiling and informed. Coming back to make a sword, or maybe the axe, oh or maybe a dagger, oh just can't decide, so many cool things to forge fabulous day

We had a fantastic time forging a dagger for my partners 30th birthday! The whole process was extremely enjoyable and a special mention to Theo who went above and beyond to help us make our dream dagger (even working on it for us during his lunch break and stamping JC30 into the blade) We'll almost definitely be back and have already recommended the experience to several people. Definitely worth the trip! We also stayed at the Garway Moon Inn which was lovely and had a tasty curry there so would definitely recommend if you're travelling from further away.
