        Carol completely ruined a brand new dress that I asked her to shorten. She left it 4 inches too long at the front and too short at the back In places with a very uneven hem. I returned to have the front re- shortened and made even to the sides, but it still dips! Im very cross at her attitude, I didnt even get an apology! She charged 36 to shorten 2 dresses. I got a refund for the one shes ruined and the other doesnt look like shes touched it. Its still as long as the length on the label and exactly the same length too long for me! The ruined dress was expensive. Ill be taking this to the small claims court Im afraid!
