Well Garstang - Park Hill Road

Website states you can sign up for free prescription deliveries via Royal mail however when querying that with the staff at the pharmacy they turn their noses up at you because you're young and not 'vulnerable'. I had signed up and switched to Well pharmacy in the hope it would save me a 45 minute round trip to collect my prescriptions every couple of weeks but that was a waste of time and the staff couldn't care less! Dont bother with this pharmacy!

Congratulations Well Pharmacy for a cracking April Fools!! Myself along with 3 other customers turned up at 16.00 for our prescription only to find a note on the door that says from 1st April we will be closing at 1pm. I was in there less than 2weeks ago & that notice wasnt there then. Customers shouldve been given a minimum of a months notice. Could someone not have had the foresight to post something on Social Media?? Along with a note it wouldve reached for people. Not everyone walks past you everyday & some of us work Monday-Friday. Poor poor communication. Im off elsewhere

Awfull, they are never open and i have made several trips they keep close at 12 saying no staff, and today at 445 they are not open yet again....idiots
