I purchased my ring a while ago but have only just got married and "tested the ring".. what can I say.. absolutely fantastic company with amazing customer service. Mary was extremely helpful and explained every step involved in having a cuatom made ring. She sent out samples which arrived within 24 hours, so I could actually see the rings in person and compare weights and thicknesses with my engagement ring. Both the quality, and price of the finished ring is fantastic, and the option to engraved/personalise was a lovely touch. Recommend 100% and will be returning for future jewellery purchases!

I lost my expensive platinum wedding ring and managed to get the same specification and quality from Beautiful Company to replace it for half the cost I was quoted from a High Street Jeweller. The quality from The Beautiful Company is not inferior in any way shape or form. Theyre great value for money, so you would be crazy not to give them a go for wedding bands!

Summary: dont hesitate to use The Beautiful Company - excellent quality and value. Brought our plain uncustomised platinum wedding rings via The Beautiful Company for less than half the cost of the local non-chain and chain high street jewellers we looked in. Yes we love to support local small businesses but when theres 700 saving - its a no brainier. Found via google, used based on the reviews. They answered questions quickly and openly, quick delivery and the rings seem to be of the same great quality as the high street. Fit as expected. Delivery was also much quicker than the high street quoted. They arrived on time in recorded special delivery, in a well sealed package with integrated bubble wrap in the packaging - one negative review comments on suboptimal packaging, this was not at all suboptimal so perhaps they changed after the feedback. Delivery updates sent with dispatch and expected delivery dates.

The good: Our platinum wedding rings are lovely quality, and were much cheaper than if we'd bought them elsewhere. Delivery was quick, and pre-shipping communication was good. The bad: This could have ended up so much worse! When our package was delivered, there was a HUGE tear on the front of the letter. We were lucky that none of the contents escaped from the envelope. It was sent using Special Delivery, but we didn't sign for it, and instead the postman put it through the door. My worry is this. If the rings had somehow not been in the damaged packet and fallen out en route, then would we have been believed had we notified TBC of this? Thankfully, the contents were all there so no claim was needed. However, I am wholly dissatisfied with the response I got from the company. After submitting this issue to them, and providing them with photographic evidence, their response was not very reassuring and no apology was given. None. To quote their reply: Thank you for your email, as a company we aim to be single use plastic free so we dont use padded envelopes, that is why we use the packaging we do, but we will look into it and see if we can find affordable plastic free envelopes. Look in to it? I think it's a situation that requires a lot more urgency than that. This time, we were lucky. But there may be someone unfortunate enough to be receiving a package with missing contents in the future. This needs rectifying NOW. I could imagine we'd not have been believed if we'd informed them that we'd received a damaged, empty packet that had not been signed for. Sending a 1.1k value order in an unprotected envelope is not acceptable.
