        A lovely warm welcome and basic wholesome food including tea and cakes are available in this Fair Trade cafe attached to, and part of, The Methodist Church. The cafe is only opened Thursdays- Saturdays, but well worth a visit if you're there on those afternoons. Well priced food, and a child friendly environment to boot. Adjacent to the cafe is The Mustard Seed, a fair trade shop with fairly produced and traded goods from around the world. This seems appropriate as Garstang is the world's first fair trade town.
