I have had 2 level three surveys completed by Jonathan recently. His is prompt in attending appointments after instruction as well as sending the report once completed. I'm really happy I stumbled across this company. The time was sorted out quickly, that suited me and the report was easy to understand. The honesty in the report by Johnathan was refreshing so would be happy to use these services again when buying a house.

I had struggled to get any local surveyors involved without paying a small ransom so spread my search a little further afield and approached Building Surveyors NW based on their Goggle reviews. It was a positive move, shame I did not do it sooner. Commissioning the report was quick and efficient and the survey was conduct in good time and addressed my needs. Definitely a 5 star service.
