I cant rate Ian highly enough, I had an accident Saturday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend, Ian arranged to see me first thing Tuesday, due to bank holiday, reassured me he could sort issue no problem and this was done within a few hours, exceptional knowledge way above my pay grade and price was half what I expected, I dont do reviews but felt his service deserved mentioning, thanks Ian, I know my bike was a poor example of a bike but its dam site better now you got it back up and running

Tried Bowland Cycles for the first time after moving to the area and hearing Ians name mentioned by different people when I ask whos good in the area. I went for the 5Star service along with a few other repairs/updates needed and I have just returned from a short 6mi test ride and my initial impression is WOW! Gone are the creaks from the bottom bracket and grinding headset bearings! The gear changes are now smooth and precise and this 4yr old Specialized Roubaix rides better than new Very happy with the whole experience, Ian is a friendly guy, provided lots of detailed information, offered advice and his bike detailing is next level. Needed some front wheel work after a little accident whilst camping locally, owner was attentive, friendly and fixed the wheel quickly. Great service and a real gent, thanks Tom Slade
