        My dog Snowy is so nervous of being groomed. We have gone from groomer to groomer feeling like I was sending Snowy to the torture chamber. He has just spent the most perfect morning with Gem. He has come out relaxed with a waggy tail. Gem made Snowy feel like one of her family for the morning - allowing him to mix her son and the other dogs. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
