DO NOT USE! Paid for flooring that was never delivered. Paid in October waiting for refund in May. Chris told me they had card machine problems and the woman I pay to manage refunds hasnt done it and it will be in your account tomorrow All lies. Avoid if you value your money!

Christopher John Shelper, the director of this company allowed me to place an order, pay a deposit but he forgot to place the order. I attended his showroom in Garsington where we rearranged the delivery and I paid the balance (now over 5000 paid to him) but it turns out hes done a runner with my money and cut off all communications and closed his website down and showroom. By all accounts he this company has been struggling for many months and he had been selling off what little stock he held yet he continued to take customers money despite being blocked by the suppliers who provide the timber and flooring he sells. So to take orders and money on the day you liquidate your business must be a criminal offence surely? And to add to his devious business methods why has he created a new company EV Floors Ltd on the same industrial site in April this year allegedly selling the same goods. Does he really think customers wont realise its the same conman with a slightly different name, company name and building address number with the same failed business plan. The original owners of Everything Wood had a successful business but it seems Shelper has run it into the ground and run away with customers money.

Would give no stars - they cancelled an order as they couldnt fulfil it, and I havent received a refund! Having to go through the small claims court to get my money back, wondering if they are going/gone bust!
