        Had a toy helicopter arrive that didn't work contacted straight2you on their website and didn't get a response, so 5 days after I got in contact with klarna who I made the payment through and sent straight2you an email also. They finally got back in contact with me to send me instructions on returning the item but I would have to pay postage and there is no clarification as to whether I would be reimbursed once the toy is proven to be faulty. I have sent an email asking this but yet again received no response it's not fair that I should have to pay for postage on an item that doesn't work. I've decided I cannot be bothered to chase them anymore but leave my reviews on websites instead.
