I was greeted by Francesca on arrival, and was handled very efficiently and professionally.
My car was ready in the time specified, which was the first bonus.
Second bonus was Julie organising a well priced service plan for me.
Third bonus was the car had been valeted and cleaned inside and out.
Julie and Francesca work really well as a team on the front desk, always helpful, always smiling, even with difficult customers.
I wish that every customer facing front desk had a professional team like Julie and Francesca!
