Just bought a van from Perrys, great service, great van, no pushy sales. Social distancing was maintained through the process. Van was serviced including two new tyres, it was thoroughly cleaned ready to drive away. Thanks again.

Well...What can I say? Firstly Simon the Commercial Vehicle salesman at Perry's deserves a medal or a promotion... Or both. He was without doubt the exact person I needed to bump into yesterday after what seemed like a never ending tedious tour around other Northwest dealerships in search for my next van. What an utter diamond of a fella in general let alone a vehicle salesman. By far the most hassle free, relaxed and dare I say enjoyable purchase of a new van I've ever experienced. (And I've bought a few in my time) From walking through the door at Perry's Preston to finalising collection. Simon has been a breath of fresh air. I can't commend him enough for his professionalism and transparency. If only all purchases in life could be so flawless. He's a bloody credit to your establishment and I'm not an easy person to impress. Needless to say the next time I purchase a vehicle I'll be looking nowhere else. That's a fact! Thank you Simon and well done Perry's!

I purchased a car and after not having two weeks, it developed a fault. I eventually managed to speak to one of the team, after several calls and false promises of a call back. I was then informed that it would be a week before it was looked at! When I eventually got it to the service centre, I was given a courtesy car, which was absolutely filthy hence the pictures, which are time recorded so proof of how it was when I was handed it! Obviously Perrys are not concerned there is pandemic! And the petrol gage was on the red, also the clutch is sticking but no one seems interested! If all this was not bad enough, I was then told my car needed to go into a main dealer for further diagnostics, which would be another weeks wait! That week has gone and Im still waiting! I have had a car for over 4 weeks which I have driven for less than two weeks, and a courtesy car I do not feel confident to drive, I would think carefully before purchasing a car from here!!!!!
