We used them for centre heating replacement. Told him we only have one way system. Gived the quotation,agreed. The first day of installation,he said he can't start, because he thought it is 2 way system,and asked another 4 thousand pounds. So we have to tell them off. Asked the money back. Got nothing from them after a year, and didn't answer the phone. Don't use them for your good. Service: Water heater installation

Had an issue with our boiler (sounded like backfiring). CJ came out in quick time and assured us the boiler was safe to use but would need replacing eventually (could be days or months) So, to be on the safe side and to stop the loud noise we decided to get a new boiler installed. CJ was very punctual and efficient. In the current climate he took all safety procautions needed with PPE and completed the job at a great price. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
