        Lydia was really knowledgeable and helpful when I approached her about training with her. I wanted a PT who would help in areas I was interested in and not just put me on a treadmill or make me do burpees! I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is unsure about what is best for them and looking for a PT.
