        A million times better than the chiropractor I was using. Iv only been once but walked away with more understanding than I did with months at the chiropractor. It hurt like hell but its worth it. I was recommended by someone who had also spent at the chiropractor and not gotten any better. Stuart was great, explained everything he was doing and why and what I need to stop doing that could be making my back worse. Thank you.

        My baby has seen Sophie for several sessions from being 8 weeks old to 16 weeks due to tension from birth and tongue-tie. My baby is now much happier, and she is able to lift her head and manoeuvre much better without discomfort. Sophie was lovely with the baby but also with me, she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you for your help.

        We took our new baby for 3 appointments with Sophie, as he was very fussy, unhappy and cried a lot. Sophie was lovely and so great with our baby, and super knowledgable about baby issues! Were really pleased with our experience and are seeing improvements with his mood!
