Springfield Care Home - Garforth

Dont know how this place is still open putting residents in danger,not giving residents food and drink for hours and sometimes go the full day without a drink or food,staff turnover is through the roof,agency staff and permanent staff just sat around ignoring residents manager nowhere to be seen to approach with issues every time i visit,heard rumours of a relatives father missing and also abuse going on in the home we are currently looking for somewherelse for my dad to live this place is a disgrace and most staff but not all in there should be ashamed of themselves,if youre not a caring person youre in the wrong profession!

Just been to summer fair Maggie and Elvis made it a great day just a pity rest of staff didn't show as much enthusiasm as them 2 but an great day,oldies loved it

I've visited this home and must say that it is one of the most welcoming environments you could imagine - the staff are friendly and attentive - and the residents seem happy and well cared for. I observed many interactions between staff and residents and felt that there were some amazing bonds there.
