Friendly, nice selection. I did ask if you do lotion and moisturiser, your colleague said no. I can see Faith in Nation is actually doing lotion in 5L tubs, it may be something you can add to your selection?

Visited the shop a couple of weeks ago. I'd never been to a refill shop before and was a bit anxious. Staff were really friendly and helped me through the whole process. Made me feel really comfortable. Everything was much cheaper than usual because I wasn't paying for packaging. Some of my items hadn't completely run out yet but that didn't matter because you pay for the weight difference before Vs after. They were particularly knowledgeable about which coffee beans to try and I walked away with three tasty ones. Will definitely be returning again!
