I consulted Tom when I could barely stand up straight & was in agony. He quickly identified the problem - inflammation of both sacroiliac joints & started a programme of treatment, supplemented by a home exercise regime. Tom was a first rate physiotherapist: knowledgeable & keen to share that knowledge to aid my own understanding of the various mechanics of my joints etc & what we were trying to achieve & why. He set appropriately challenging targets for me, after each session, as I progressed from a "bit of a crock" to a well woman. Tom was a competent, warm, witty & reassuring professional - I highly recommend him. The online booking service at Indegaard was very straightforward to use I was always warmly welcomed to the clinic. Thank you all.

Best physio Ive been to. He identified issues with my ankle that had stoped me doing the sports I loved for 6 months, straight away and so with the exercises recommended and regular visits, Im getting back to been me again. Thank you so much Oliver
