Excellent, friendly service. Reassured me re my neck and shoulder pain, suggested exercises and not pushing for me to make unnecessary follow up appointments. Would reccomend.

Paul did some fantastic work on me in a relatively short space of time to get my back moving, allowing me to continue to train (within limitations) for my upcoming marathon. He gave great advice and I would highly recommend him, great value for money and without him I wouldnt be in the position to even think about running the Leeds Marathon in a couple of weeks. A great guy who clearly knows what he is doing, highly recommended!

I visited 3R with a terrible lower back pain and spasms that made me afraid to move. Even Morphine didn't seem to do anything and the frequency was getting worse. Jamie assessed me, checked for "red flags" and proceeded to somehow remove the cause of the pain with his bare hands, like some sort of wizard! Within 2 visits in 3 days, I was able to walk home. Now feeling 100% and have a useful list of exercises to help keep my back in shape. Thanks guys!

Went to get my shoulder sorted out. Paul found the problem, after some questions, almost straight away. With some manipulation and home exercises I am back to full movement and full strength. Thankyou, well impressed.
