Friday night around 7pm I went to buy a pack of cigarettes. I asked the lady for the price of cigarettes as I did not know which I wanted to buy nor did I know the prices. She replied in an angry tone and voice that I cant tell you the prices as its against the law. I asked her to explain and how do you justify when someone needs to know the prices!!! Im a customers who is attempting to buy a product and I needed to know the price! After 5 minutes of trying to get an answer I gave up asking further questions and bought a pack that she was already holding in her hand. I wasnt happy at all and her customer service skills lacked any emphaty, patience and problem solving! It felt as if she really hated being there which resulted in being really rude with customers. Previous reviews seems that this is not an isolated case.

Disgusting attitude from staff and manger dont have clue whats hes talking about. Got there to wash a small LGV. No sign to say no Truck allowed. Few months ago I washed the same truck there and fueled up no one said Anything. Big open hand wash service there. One staff said you can wash it. Then one staff who loves her job so much she went to the manger to double check. When I asked her I never had problem before washing at any shell garage she kept on saying no u cant wash it. Any other shell garage you can use there wash service but these one had to be awakered. Wont be going there again.
