We have been with this estate agent for a number of years for moth renting of the property and sale. We were very pleased with help and communication they provided. All issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We had couple of tricky moments with the tenants but with the help of Dobson's team they were all resolved. Same applied to the sales team who helped very much to find a right buyer and secure the deal. They are a local agency so know the area very well which helps to understand needs of the clients. Excellent, professional and helpful staff in the lettings team who manage my property in Garforth for me. The ladies are always prompt in answering calls and replying to emails and dealing with troublesome tenants. I'll simply say, don't believe all reviews you read as there is usually a different side to the story being told. Mike Dobsons Estate Agency managed my property for 6 years when I decided to move abroad. During those years, their service was outstanding.
