        Great place . A bit more pricey compared to other gyms but! Very friendly and helpful staff , tidy and clean (showers&locker room as well). Lots of equipment and most important never overcrowded . You pay for what You get 10/10.

        Great independent gym in garforth loads of equipment to use and especially good for strength stuff! Really helpful team and owner. Would recommend this place over bigger outfits and it's never overly crowded so you can get better access to equipment even at peak times.
