        Sent them an email requesting a quote for approximately 15 cast stone window heads and sills, 20 meters of coping and other items and for some strange reason I get an email back a few days later from the operations manager (James) stating "my order falls outside of their current order criteria". With no further explanation? What is that supposed to mean??

        Just had a Portico fitted on our new home by Neil and his colleague, the whole service from estimation, survey and installation was excellent. Unless your builder has fitted one before I would recommend you get the Portico people to fit it....installation isn't quite as easy as some might think.
