Would never use anywhere else, Jess does my hair and never been happier with it, so skilled at what she does, all the other girls in the salon are so lovely too, always a very positive experience and always absolutely love my hair and get so many compliments, thank you so much:)

Staff have no respect and a total disregard for medical exemptions, insisting that I wear a mask despite me explaining my exemption reason, which I didn't even need to divulge! I advised I would find somewhere else to go and left. Not sure if the person I spoke to is the owner or a staff member but they can be seen in the photo taking a picture of me as I stood outside on the public street to take a picture of the establishment for this review. Beyond shocked at the behaviour so won't support or recommend to anyone sadly.

Every time I go to Salon 109 its like fitting back into a group of friends you haven't seen for a while but you know are always there for you. The whole team are all so pleasant and make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. I always ask for Jade who is a friend of my son's and she delivers every single time and really lovely! There's great banter, and I come out of there much happier than when I went in. Love 'em :D
