just love cooplands .lovley cakes good price .staff nice .what I really like about cooplands is that if you work in care you get a discount .nhs really good and a big thank you to them all but coppland appreciated people who worked in private care .so well done and a massive thank you .

Disgusting service. I was in the bakery at 11:05 on 31/01/2023, on the phone with my girlfriend just browsing through the products because I wasn't sure what she wanted so I was listing the options to her. I wasn't there long before woman who worked there, presumably the manager, starts interrogating me, basically screeching "IS THERE A REASON YOU'RE TAKING PICTURES OF OUR PRODUCTS?". I responded that I wasn't, that I was just talking to someone on the phone asking what they wanted, and that I was about to buy something but due to her terrible attitude I took my business elsewhere. That elsewhere was a location, across the street, whose staff is always extremely polite and kind and whose products are strictly superior. If you want to be yelled at for no reason at all to the point where you feel terrible, this is the place for you. If not, go literally anywhere else. As I told the lady before I left, "Do better for your next customer, because this was shocking."
