        Initially, had difficulty communicating with and confirming delivery. They seem to have a weak system for ordering and confirming; however after speaking to Richard, a delivery time was agreed which he kept to the minute and delivered high quality logs of consistent size. Will definitely use again.

        Ordered 5 to 6 weeks ago, still waiting! We are both mid 70's, and have been let down by this company. Very low standards, wouldn't care of we were a long way from his business!!
