        Really great service. I ordered in the summer and they held my order until ready to deliver, the wood is great, uniform size, dry and perfect for immediate in use in my woodburner. The driver dropped off the loose load and made an extra effort to get it as close to the garage as possible. Once stacked I noticed that I was a little shorter than expected on the quantity. I called up and without any quibble they have agreed to drop off some extra when my neighbour receives his load. Incredible 'actual' customer service. I shall definitely use next year and would highly recommend
