        Very poor selection of food compared to other local waitrose

        The staff here are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Ruby, Hilda and Yatin always makes us smile. One of the times I left the coin in the shopping trolley and the manager returned it to me few days later! It's nearly like it's run by a family as some of the staff have been working there for 20-30 years!! It's great for every day shopping you can find almost everything you need although because of it's size the Brent Cross Waitrose has a wider variety of produce. You can always ask for where to find a product there is someone to help you politely and quickly.
