Market Place Post Office

I just saw a review of someone else about an employee with his photo. The same employee has harassed me in the past and I am afraid to go in this post office again. He was annoyed when I came to return an item he didn't want to opwn the window to work and was talking in a foreign language wirh another employer instead while looking at me like he wanted to kill me.

I just left this post office and although Ive been to loads of other branches over the years, I now choose to always patronise this one. A more helpful, patient and kind group of gentlemen will be hard to find and they always serve me efficiently and with a smile. Cannot praise them enough and although there are other post offices nearer to home, I always come here bc its rare these days to find such outstanding customer service. Well done

Haven't used Market Place PO for 5 years and, sadly, nothing has changed. Jitendra is as rude and disrepctful as ever, refuses to provide proof of postage and pushes unnecessary more expensive services. Disgraceful. In one word - AVOID and take your custom elsewhere. East Finchley branch is 5*

Terrible man at the post office. Cannot find a parcel by name no by parcel id, does not follow instructions, asks to sign weird hand written parcel reception confirmations.
