Steph is a fantastic personal trainer - I have had a wonderful experience working with her and have really grown in confidence over the course of our sessions. As a disabled person, I came to working out with some fear and nerves around my own perceived limitations. Steph has created an environment that is supportive, professional and encouraging. I could not ask for more in a trainer!

Steph is an amazing trainer and very astute at how she motivates me to push myself through a challenging session - she will definitely figure out how you tick and gently nudge you into trying things you thought you werent even ready for! On top of that, she has fantastic knowledge of muscle relaxation techniques aimed at relieving chronic neck and back pain. Im so grateful to have found Steph and I now cant recommend her highly enough!

I started training with Steph 6 weeks after the (C-section) birth of my second child. In just under 2 months of working with Steph my abdomen was completely transformed! Ive additionally highly improved my strength and posture, to an extend that I can hardly believe it! Steph is very very lovely person, and made the trainings quite fun. We were often accompanied by one of our cats and our 3 year old daughter and Steph is absolutely wonderful with them!

Steph is the most dedicated personal trainer Ive ever met. Steph works so hard to create a personalised plan, helping you achieve your goals without making you do anything you really hate. I feel supported, listened to, motivated, and even excited for our sessions. Steph invests so much in their clients and has given me a nutrition plan and a home exercise plan. Steph is always flexible and understanding, and works around me and my busy schedule. I finally feel Im getting fitter and its all thanks to them!
