I did my due diligence, interviewing 6 firms before selecting Charles and Lichfields. From start to finish, from creating the promotion material to the signing of the completion document, Charles' conduct throughout "ticked every box". He was attentive, approachable, readily available, considerate, dignified, helpful, responsive and knowledgable. He earned my complete trust and confidence. I don't usually provide reviews, but Charles has fully earned this one.

Ive known Richard at Litchfields for many years and have always returned to him as he is hardworking, patient, full of useful advice, trustworthy and generally a really good person. You always feel that he is working for you and that you are the client, which you dont necessarily get with all agents. I'm blown away by the price we ended up with and I know that the timing was perfect but he had great buyers on his books. It's been an emotional few months but he made it the easiest it could have been. Thanks Richard
