Our agent Rafeena went above and beyond to ensure I could secure the property I can finally call home. She was always available and extremely professional. She was really helpful and addressed any of my queries/concerns in a timely manner. She was very friendly, understanding, and overall a great estate agent. I am delighted to write a 5-star review for Foxtons, they recently sold your house. The entire process was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free, and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and professionalism. From the initial consultation to the final sale, the team was incredibly efficient, and within two weeks, everything was set up, including amazing pictures, numerous viewings, and six offers well above the asking price were on our table. I was blown away by the level of service provided by them. Throughout the entire sale, the team provided close assistance and guidance, respected our requests with the viewing arrangements, recommended excellent solicitors and went above and beyond in setting expectations from the buyers and managing ours too. Alpa, in particular, was a total star, she is absolutely the best! Provided a fun and friendly approach while remaining entirely professional. I also cant thank Derek enough, he was there the entire time to make sure things were moving and promptly stepped in when we needed his help to unblock things. I cannot recommend Foxtons enough. Their commitment, dedication, and exceptional customer service made selling my house a truly fantastic experience, something I've never thought I would say. Very efficient and helpful! Rafeena helped me locate a flat that meet all my needs navigating the transaction from afar even met me on a video call to show me properties and sent me videos. Thanks Rafeena you made my relocation so much smoother!
