Letta London

My client went to the Letta Showroom and was advised that a tile was in stock. I placed the order immediately. I have waited over three weeks now and not one person in the store can actually advise me on a delivery date. One minute the tiles are in a warehouse the next they are still in Italy. Either someone is lying or is hugely misinformed. I would be careful placing any orders with Letta... customer service is non-existent. Really disappointing.

Petra designed my bathroom and downstairs toilet and I'm so happy with the results. I was recommended to their showroom by a friend and everything was super. Their shop is 5 minutes from my house in Hampstead & one of their team visited during the install to assist my plumber with something technical on my Graff bath tap. So happy! Thank you again!
