Gas Weiss Plumbing and Heating Ltd

Bad attitude and customer service. First engineer that visited was very helpful. He was polite and in uniform. The second however was just plain rude. Came in casual clothes holding a broken bucket. No introduction, nothing. Have to be careful who you let into your house. I asked to see some ID and he got all stroppy. His van was parked a way down the road so I didn't see it. When I saw the van, I said that's proof enough for me. But already in a bad mood, he now couldn't find any ID and shouted at me that since he can't find it he's leaving. And he drove off. The company didn't follow up. Didn't hear a thing from them. Needless to say, I went elsewhere

I was so impressed with this company!! They came the same day I called....and Matt and Teddy were amazing!! They not only fixed my boiler but took the time to educate me on how to do the little things to keep it going! I am not going to have them do the annual service for me.

Efficient and very competitive! I have been working with Gas Weiss for approximately a year now, they serviced the boilers in over 400 flats we manage. I have been communicating with Motty and Michael, they are very organized and respond quickly. The engineers that attend the property are very polite, friendly and trustworthy! Gas Weiss is definitely our first go to when it comes to plumbing and heating. Thank you guys!
