        After years of buying my kids uniform at this store and spending thousands of pounds, I experienced extremely poor customer service and total lack of understanding of how to handle customers. Jo and Patricia refused to let me change an item that was too small, arguing the package was broken. I have not encountered such ridiculous excuses from any other retail I've ever shopped with. The item was never used and in perfect condition, bought 2 days prior. I will do my best to buy my uniform elsewhere from now on! U4K it's 2023! Consumers have choice and they have demands for basic courtesy and decent customer service! Do your homework!!
