Mr. Nathan Iwanier did not reply to my or buyer solicitor for over 2 months . We try to call and email but not answers .Not explanations Buyer nearly pull out .
Avery time when the documents' been in that office position been over keeping .
His cost after that few months of not response increased about 50%.
The reception service unprofessional ,unpleasant .Receptionist hung up on me twice .
Sharing my experience because I had a big luck and I sold, but not every buyer will wait for many months for a response a specially at the beginning of the sale. My legal fees increase very high .
