Two cleaners arrived with buckets and brushes and sprays. Non-wore uniforms, which spelt straight away non-proffessional cleaning staff, or protective clothing other than covering their shoes with plastic. They came to clean the hob and cooking extractor for 50. They spent about an hour scrubbing away at the greese and grim. The result the gas rings were cleaned well, the grill not so well as it remained sticky and parts had thick grease which I could scratch at with my finger nails. The grills needed something harder than plastic brushes to do the job.The extractor and hood was adequate with most it cleaned but remained sticky. The surface was well cleaned but the nobs were still grim filled. Clearly, not a professional out fit. They just did not have enough equipment to do the task well. I won't be having them back.

This is the worst oven cleaning in the UK. I had my oven cleaned many times when I was leaving in Cambridge. The companies I used always came with a van and all the cleaning was done with professional kit (steam and deep water immersion tank). The results were immaculate. I was expecting the same from this company. Unfortunately this was not the case. I booked a double oven cleaning for 63 pounds. Their website says they are professional and use professional products. Their cleaner came to my house with a couple of bottle spray and a supermarket bag full of cloths and scourers. he then started scrubbing dirty trays in my sink making a mess of the area around and the walls. He removed the side racks to clean then. When he left I checked the result and the racks were mounted incorrectly (the tray was falling off) and there was a white residual all over the top of the oven. He didn't even know that the heating element folds down for cleaning. I called the company three times in a row and emailed them photos of the poor job asking for a refund. He slammed the phone down three times, then I asked my wife to call and the owner replied immediately. He said a cleaner would come again, but nobody turned up. I ended up cleaning the oven myself as I had a dinner party coming up. I then realised there was still smell of food and had to rinse off a soapy residue that wasn't removed by the cleaner. Overall terrible experiennce. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.
