I wish and I hope that no ones ever orders from here again!!!!!
After theyve taken 7 hours to dispatch an order that was meant to be done the same day, the delivery driver came 2 roads away from my address and went back to the nw11 store and hasnt moved since, its been one hour!!!! Ive been waiting for the flowers for my sister, mother and girlfriend as its national womans day too for Eastern Europeans. You have just made my whole family feel sad and me feel miserable as I couldnt get anyone anything, they cant offer refund, the delivery guy its horrible, probably doesnt even have a licence, there is no number for the delivery man like any company would do, customer service was disgusting, Ive called over 30 times around 5 oclock (closing is at 6) and no one has been answering!!
Please if you dont want any disappointments do not order from here!!!
