Tower Electrical Fire & Safety Ltd

The electricians who came on site were both good and professional but the office appears to be in shambles. I waited over two weeks (over the Christmas period) to receive my EICR certificate from them. They knew that the certificate was required urgently which is why I paid for them to come on Christmas eve and did not have the opportunity to shop around for an alternative quote. They were the most expensive company I found to do the EICR but the only one available.

Avoid. Ripoff merchants. We used tower electrical ltd as they were local to us but regret giving these people our money. They added extras to the invoice and deliberately worked at snails pace to add an extra hours fee by going over the initial hour by 5 minutes. Save yourself the stress and use another company. There are plenty of honest electricians out there. Sadly tower electrical isn't one of them. Service: Electrical fixture installation
