Co-op Food - Falloden Way - Hampstead Garden Sub

Would give 0 stars if possible. Always stop here to get a few snacks and the customer service is terrible, they need a class or course in how to be polite. Staff will see you standing there and ignore you and continue to stock items, they will make you wait and this is every single time. Everything in here is so overpriced and there isnt much variety of items if there is itll be way more than usual.

Not the highest quality merchandise you will find. The breads and cakes are rather low quality apart from the bread they stock from an Artisan Bakery in Greenwich. I think it is Paul Rhodes. Surprisingly good loaves in a range from White through Wholemeal and Seeded. Sadly now discontinued at this branch. Not much to shout about in the small fruit and veg. section. More suited to the odd emergency when you realise you are missing something for lunch or dinner. The freezers are also a bit too full of convenience foods. All in all I think most people in the Suburb would have liked a small Waitrose but I think the site is a wee bit small for even a tiny branch of Waitrose.

Excellent customer service. Even tho line 3, 4 doesn't work properly. However, Mohmmed helped me. He is a very nice and friendly person, he is the reason for giving 5 stars. I hope to see more people like him in your store.

Consistent lack of service unfortunately - closing the store earlier than advertised and the staff proceeds to ignore customers. Damaging to the Co-op brand
