Clean&Clean

We booked an End Of Tenancy Clean for our 1 Bed Flat for 1pm, which involved Oven Clean, general deep clean, hoovering and dusting. The cleaner came round at 1pm and at 3.30pm, we were contacted by Clean & Clean and advised the cleaner would not clean the flat and had left the property. We were due to hand the keys back at 5pm the same day. No cleaning had been done at all. Needless to say Clean & Clean left us in a very difficult situation where we had to find professional cleaners within 24 hours before the property inspection was done. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. Service: Moving-related cleaning

I booked a cleaning service for this Monday and was delighted by the results. Impeccable service! Also, I was invited to give feedback on the end of tenancy service, and I am happy to share my experience here. Two ladies arrived exactly on time for the clean and finished in 3 hours. I was sent a message 45min prior completion and was given the chance to check the cleaning before leaving the property. AMAZING!
