        Ordered 4 kg of Round Bola a week in advance for the holiday dinner. When I came to pick it up, they had the order on the wall, but no meat. The response of the rude person was "take side bola instead. What is the problem?" No apology or anything. Went next door to "Silvermans" and got it there without an order. Saved our holiday dinner. No more Kosher Deli for us!

        Good value packs and helpful staff. Some of the lamb cutlets were 95% fat which is unusual but was disappointing.
