Ridiculous customer service!!I have purchased to desert which I did one day before which i know the price!! they charge me extra ( they don't even know how much it is. They self ) I have complained got refund! then asked for latte (drink in ) they charge me extra again, but they put in takeaway cup and the reason was they said they don't have no cups. This is such a bad customer service and no one knows anything here, and you supposed to be Gail's ridiculous!!! I rather go and have my coffee next door Costa. At least they treat their customers friendly and nicely.

Bit of a queue on entering, but hey it was Friday and late morning! Gorgeous scrummy selection of filled beigels and sandwiches in the counter to tempt you while you wait to be served. Loads of staff busily looking after the diners and shoppers. Beautiful artisan bread ranging from traditional French baguettes to seeded sourdough boules. Great servers and the coffee and cakes and savouries are heavenly. For a chain of 90 odd shops Gail's really do a fantastic job with their selection of high quality bread and cakes. And the interiors are all different and quaint. And, Gail's welcomes dogs. How woofingly slobberingly drooly is that!
