Very clean and professional independent beauty parlour. Zina was very good at easing me in to the massage. She asked about allergies and preferences. She also was great at giving tips about skin care. The manicure part of my experience was very different as having one for the first time I did not know what to expect. My nails were trimmed down as well as filed. The cuticles were softened and then cut back. Followed by a hand massage and your choice of oil or cream. This experience was great for my first time. I will recommend this place to people because of the outstanding customer service.

Poor experience, made much worse by a very rude lady on the phone. I wanted to book a lot of treatments before my holiday, including my nails and eyebrows etc. I booked for 2pm the following day and said I would come down for the 24hr skin test that previous day. I went all the way to salon, 20 minutes before they were due to close, and they were closed early. When I called the next morning and explained, the ladt did not apologise, she just said "right. So you're just coming for your nails?" And I said, well you told me I could get things down without the test so I had to book in somewhere else yesterday just in case. And instead of perhaps apologising, or offering a future discount, she very rudely said, "Ok so you want nothing then. Goodbye." This was not my mistake! It's a small local salon and I would have happily returned another day. But I wanted my treatments guaranteed and booked for the next day so I went over the road to another salon this time. It wasn't my fault they closed early, especially when they were expecting me, and there was certainly no need to be so incredibly rude to me! A very upsetting experience.
