Geometron Bikes

I am a returning customer, having bought a Geometron G16 in 2018, when Chris, Sam and the team really impressed me with the one to one demo, customer care and after sales. At the start of 2023, I started to read a lot of good things about the new Geometron G1 and all the incremental changes that have been made. I booked another one to one demo in Monmouth and once again I was hugely impressed with the care, attention to detail and focus on rider-specific set up provided by Sam. His expert advice on the tweaks to the suspension during the demo left me in no doubt that this was the right bike for me. Having bought the G1, Ive been amazed by the quality of this bike and am even happier with the way it rides. Both the bike and Geometrons customer service have been second to none. I cant thank the team enough for the time, expertise and attention to detail lavished on this bike. Brilliant work.

Amazing first class service from a friendly capable team who care passionately about the stuff they have made and about their customers. Customer care is amazing. Unbeatable frame and suspension. A setup session or even just advice based on rider feedback? - invaluable. I have learned so much. Chris Porter. (Below) The man whose passion for better handling bikes (that fit the rider) along with higher speeds and a calmer ride really started the ball rolling - on the the long / slack / low movement. Others had done parts of it. CP put it all together into a proper balanced package. Youll not meet another man who is as enthusiastic about geometry, suspension setup and riding.

i would like to share what a top company Geometron are, i bought an ex demo bike from them 4 years ago after a one to one test ride day at bike park wales. since then i have upgraded to the EXT shock which they made sure was tuned to my bike and riding style, it is night and day better than anything i have ridden to date. they have continued to provide friendly support, advice, spare parts and servicing to me year on year which is again, in my 30+yrs of mountain biking above and beyond the 'industry standard' A perfect example being a problem with my shock discovered a day before Ardrock this year, an event they happened to be attending, following a couple of panic messages (from me!) i dropped my shock with them the first morning of the race weekend- it was fixed and back on the bike within a couple of hours even though they were more than busy with a demo fleet of their bikes at the event. Thank you all at Geometron.
