Company came and did an inspection, then installed an extractor fan for the bathroom, radiator bots and a hive. Really friendly guys...worked quick and efficient, no mess, took me for a walk around when they'd finished and explained everything to me. Can't fault them... brilliant company! I contacted them as I wanted a quote to remove all exisiting loft insulation, replace that and check if party wall was insulated. An appointment was made and it was confirmed that the Surveyor would contact me on the morning that he was visiting to confirm time, no call so sent an email back to the person who had confirmed the visit to check if all was okay, no reply so called and spoke to someone who said yes I was definitely on the list, he was just leaving his last appointment and would be with me next, gave it a couple of hours and rang again to be told he was on his way they couldn't contact him as he would be with a customer. End result I sat home for a day and no one turned up. I got a call the next day to re-arrange the visit, I said no to re-arrange until it was found out why no one had been on the confimed visit day despite two people from the company confirming that yes I was definitely on the list and that yes I was definitely getting a visit. The person I spoke to said he was unable to action that so would pass to his superior to contact me, never did receive that call. Two weeks ago (now three months after they were supposed to visit) I got a call to re-arrange the appointment I had missed - repeated all the detail, got what sounded like a genuine apology and a promise that the person would personally look into the issue and come back to me, fully understanding that as I had wasted a day of my holiday and a day of my life waiting for someone to come who didn't I wasn't that keen to do it again unless I knew for sure what happened and that it would not be repeated... Guess what - two weeks on and no follow up call. So not surprisingly and very unfortunately as I still need by loft and party wall insulated I would not recommend this company as they are very unreliable, do not tell the truth and for me consistently promised to come back to me and never have...

Very happy with the team had my cavity walls and new boiler fitted and loft insulated they were professional and friendly especially Neil !
